When you make a purchase through the MOREBYESTI website, you are entering into a contract with Topfloor UK Ltd ("Topfloor", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the website and all transactions made through it.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from MOREBYESTI, you must be:

At least 18 years old;
Legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
Using the Site for personal or business use.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
You will receive an email acknowledging your order, but this is not an acceptance.
A contract is only formed when we confirm shipment of your order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£), USD ($), EUR (€), depending on region.
UK and EU prices include VAT. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
Payments must be made in full at checkout using our secure payment gateway.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide.
Standard and custom rug delivery timelines vary: standard items typically ship within 4-5 weeks; custom rugs may take 8–12 weeks.
We are not liable for customs delays or force majeure events.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Inspect goods on arrival and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Returns at a Glance

Standard Rugs: 14-day return for a full refund (unused & in original packaging).
Custom Rugs: Non-returnable (made just for you) unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged: We’ll repair, replace, or refund — and cover return shipping.

At MOREBYESTI, we want you to love your rug. If you’re not completely happy, here’s how our returns and refunds work:

Customised and Made to Order Products
Orders for customised and made to order products cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted by us and production has commenced. This includes any bespoke rugs or other products made to your specifications. These items are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective upon receipt.

Standard Products and In Stock products
You may cancel your order for standard and in stock products at any time up to 14 days after your order is confirmed.. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item is in production, cancellation is no longer possible.

After receipt, you have the right to return standard products within 14 days, provided they are in original condition and packaging. We will deduct a £30 return shipping fee from your refund amount. Please note that taxes, duties, or any additional shipping costs you may have incurred are non-refundable.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If you receive a defective product—standard or customised—please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

UK & EU Customers

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel non-custom orders within 14 days after delivery. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

USA & Canada Customers

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom-made rugs
Bespoke sizes or colours
Clearance or sample sale items
Items damaged after delivery

7. Custom Order Terms

Custom or made-to-order rugs (including altered sizes, colours, or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started . unless they are found to be defective upon receipt.

Payment in full is required at the time of order.

We will provide an estimated timeline on confirmation. Delays due to material sourcing or production refinements do not entitle cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom rug imagery and mock-ups are for reference only. Minor variation in tone, texture, and proportion may occur due to the artisanal nature of production and are not considered faults.

8. Trade Accounts

Interior designers, architects, and retailers may apply for a MOREBYESTI Trade Account. Approval is at our discretion.

Trade Account Benefits:

Tiered discount structure
Priority access to new launches and samples
Personalised service for custom commissions

Trade Terms:

Minimum opening order to be agreed on an individual basis.
Payment terms: Pro forma.
Late payments may result in account suspension and interest charges
Trade discounts do not apply to promotional items or shipping unless stated
Custom orders placed via Trade must follow the same deposit and cancellation rules as above

9. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product representation. Due to variations in device displays and artisanal production, there may be minor discrepancies in colour and texture. These are not considered defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, imagery, product names, and rug designs—is the exclusive property of Topfloor UK Ltd or its licensors.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Business interruption or loss of income
Delays outside our control, including customs and shipping disruptions
Damage caused to your rug through misuse or incorrect cleaning (our cleaning advice is here)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We collect data you provide at checkout or account registration (e.g. name, address, email) to process your orders and communicate with you. Payment details are securely processed by our third-party providers and are not stored on our servers.

We may use your information to improve your experience, provide customer support, and—if you opt in—send marketing updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We may share data with trusted service providers for operational purposes (e.g. delivery or payment).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

UK/EU customers may bring claims in their local courts.
US/Canada customers agree to English jurisdiction unless prohibited by consumer protection laws in their country.
